We are our own energy source, both positive and negative energy. With Awesome Inside You, Freddie uses his experience as a hypnotist and brings it to a hands on workshop experience. This unique program uses teaching of self hypnosis and how to alter one's own negative self fulfilling patterns and redirecting them to positivity and success. This program is very customizable. It does not involve a full hypnosis show, but instead more personal experiences of hypnosis with example volunteers for a few examples of hypnosis and the power of the mind.

You must provide a video/projection system, audio (microphone, additional audio connections for various sound sources), space (12x8), two 6' tables.
